Donald E. Fee, 88, of Weston, MO passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 at the Ashton Court Rehabilitation Center in Liberty, MO. A visitation will be held 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Vaughn Funeral Home in Weston. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 24, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Mount Bethel Cemetery in Weston. Memorial contributions can be given to the charity of one’s choice. Donald was born May 27, 1925 in St. Joseph, MO to Elmer Bley and Evelyn Elizabeth (Patton) Fee. He was of the Christian faith, and was a lifelong resident of Weston. Donald was a self-employed truck driver who hauled milk for numerous dairies throughout the years. He also enjoyed farming in the Weston area, and did custom work baling hay, and raised tobacco. Donald was preceded in death by: his parents; an infant son; a brother Joseph; and 2 sisters Lenora Eirls, and Janice Moore. He is survived by: his wife Florence N. Fee, of the home; 2 daughters Cathy Huffman of Liberty, MO, and Carol Susan Stephens of Weston; a brother George Fee of Weston; 4 sisters Mary West of Weston, Judy Peterson of K.C. North, MO, Betty Reavis of Parkville, MO, and Joyce Bramble of K.C. North, MO; and 3 grandchildren Jason Stephens, Shannon Huffman, and Lindsey Lee.
