Max Kincaid, 84, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the Country Care Nursing Facility in Easton, KS. Max was born November 26, 1933 in Tracy, MO to Everett and Mary Elizabeth (Snyder) Kincaid. He was a 1953 graduate of the West Platte High School in Weston, MO. Max was of the Christian faith and lived most of his life in the Platte County area; later living in several areas throughout Kansas. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and spent his working life as a farmer. Max was preceded in death by: his parents; 2 brothers Bobby and Jimmy Kincaid; and a sister Sharon Kay Kincaid. He is survived by: a brother Preston (Sharon) Kincaid of Platte City, MO; a sister Barbara (Danny) Honey of Lansing, KS; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. A graveside funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Weston. Memorial contributions can be given to the Farley Christian Church.
