Lindsey Grace (Capps) Trapp, 26, of Leavenworth, KS passed away November 3, 2015 at K.U. Medical Center, in Kansas City, KS. A visitation will be held 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., Monday, November 9, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Platte City; followed by a 3:00 p.m. funeral service, at the church. Cremation will follow. Memorial contributions can be given to a “Go Fund Me” fund to help the family. Lindsey was born September 29, 1989 in Kansas City, KS to Wayne Charles Trapp Jr. and Kelly Lee (Wickham) Trapp. She lived mostly in the Atchison and Leavenworth, KS areas, and was of the Protestant Faith. Lindsey was an animal lover, particularly horses and dogs. She was also an outdoors enthusiast, especially enjoying shooting and fishing. Lindsey also loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father. Lindsey is survived by: her mother Kelly Trapp of Leavenworth; her 3 sons Wyatt, Hunter, and Levi Capps of Arkansas; 3 brothers Heath (April) Navinskey of Atchison, KS, Michael Trapp of Leavenworth, Chris (Racheal) Trapp of Leavenworth; 3 sisters Jamie (Ronnie) Funk of Effingham, KS, Nicole Trapp of Leavenworth, and Michelle Trapp of Oklahoma; maternal grandmother Vernetta Wilkham of Leavenworth; paternal grandparents Wayne Charles (Anita) Trapp Sr. of Oklahoma; her uncle Steve Visoskey of Arizona; her aunt Carol (Marc) Moore of Leavenworth; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
