Linda K. Hooper, age 71, beloved wife of Tom Hooper, Weston’s Father Christmas- passed away peacefully at home on April 6, 2020. Born in Arkansas into a military family, she came to Leavenworth, KS as a young girl where she graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1967. Linda and Tom were married in 1969 giving them 51 years together. Linda was a familiar face in Weston each weekend. She loved antiques, vintage clothing, visiting all the shops and chatting with everyone. Linda was a fun loving and vivacious personality. She was the perfect “Mrs. Father Christmas” for 32 years. A Celebration of Life for Linda will be held, in the near future, once gatherings are permitted. Information will follow. Arrangements are through Vaughan Funeral Home, Weston, MO.
